We are looking for an ambitious
Product Quality Assurance Engineer (male/female) to drive further growth.
Accountabilities:
• Accountable for the over all yield (CoY) and product quality (ppm) from the product development kick-off throughout product life time, especially in the MEMS area.
• Ensure the enhancement of product and system performances in terms of quality and cost efficiency throughout product life time.
• Handling of non-conforming products and customer complaints according to Melexis procedures (new failure modes) using FA results from 1st line.
• Validation of technical impact on product related changes including customer communication.
• Executes the Product Quality Assurance (PQA) responsibilities according to the Melexis Development flow.
• Ownership for updating product related documentation, procedures and instructions.
• Acts as global PQA responsible for specific existing processes (e.g. change management, audits, system improvements) including process improvements and definition of lessons learnt.
• Drives local and global technical projects.
• Master Degree (MSc) in Engineering (Micro-Electronics, Electronics, Physics etc).
• Min. of 5 years experience in test of electronic devices, failure analysis or chip design
• Very good knowledge in MEMS
• Experience in project management
• Experience in international working environment
• Fluency in English.
