The role:
Marel Stork Poultry Processing BV concentrates on the design, production and installation of machines for the poultry processing industry, where we are world market leader. Besides our establishments in Boxmeer (NL), Dongen (NL) and Gainesville (Georgia USA) we have a regional office in a large number of countries.
In your role as Field Service Engineer (mechanical engineering) you will be responsible for preparing installations and for the actual commissioning of control systems for poultry processing installations all over the world. Maintaining and overhauling equipment already installed will also be your responsibility.
In larger projects you will direct local colleagues and will communicate with the customer about progress. You will arrange customer training and will feed results back to the organisation.

Field Service Engineer – Mechanical Job Requirements

Your Profile:
As the successful candidate you will have 
• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or marine engineering or will have reached an equivalent level through experience on the job;
• A solid, self-reliant personality;
• Commercial interest and feel;
• Analytically strong with a capacity to solve problems;
• You will have a hands-on mentality, you will be flexible and resistant to stress;
• Prepared to travel (+/-50%);
• Languages: Ability to speak English. Other foreign languages would be a plus.
