Job Description:
If you want to join an international, dynamic team and participate in the development of state-of-the-art technology, do not hesitate to apply.
In this position you will be responsible for the identification of technical solutions for on-chip sensors, concept definitions regarding functional safety standards (ASIL), for feasibility studies and system architecture (e.g. chip architecture, partitioning, signal processing, cores and area estimation).
Moreover, system definition and circuit concepts (analog & digital) for integrated sensor products based on BiCMOS and CMOS technologies, analog and digital signal processing algorithm for integrated sensors (incl. compensation, calibration), as well as building block specification, strategy and identification of reuse blocks will also be part of your responsibilities.
In addition to that your tasks will include the definition of test / verification concepts, the development of reference models (System C, Matlab,…), and patent review / IP investigations.
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (http://www.feei.at/kollektivvertraege/kv_tabelle/). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
Qualifications:
You are convincing by the fact that you are a team player and active driver and want to get things done. You work well under stress, are flexible and want to be employed in a demanding field of work.
This job is suitable for applicants with a degree from a University or University of Applied Sciences in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. Professional training as Electronics Technician especially chip-design is desirable.
Experience / Knowledge:
Work experience of at least 3 years in the semiconductor industry is required. You should also offer knowledge of analog or digital chip design, system-modeling and C/C++. Fluent English is a must and a good command of German is desirable.
