We are looking for an ambitious senior characterization engineer for our site in Tessenderlo, to drive further growth. He/ she will be responsible for the development of characterization set up and characterization methodologies. He/ she will measure and evaluate analog and digital characteristics of the IC’s Melexis is designing and will create a comprehensive report to highlight the main results and conclusions. Furthermore, he/she will develop new characterization methods and techniques in a specific area of expertise and disseminate, exchange knowledge across the sites and maximize the standardization of the methods and techniques.
Accountabilities:
- Design and validate characterization setup required for characterization plan execution
- Actively contribute to elaboration of characterization plan
- Develop measurement algorithms and execute measurements of all IC parameters according to the characterization plan
- Ensure that measurements of all IC parameters are according to the characterization plan.
- Analyze characterization data and provide performance/correlation feedback to design team, including characterization report.
- Perform required measurements and analysis aimed to identify the root causes of IC bug
- Ensure continuous improvement of Quality and Productivity by actively giving input to the group leader
