Packet Manager/ Project Manager
Task:
- Contract management as client representative on site for new build structures (stinger, beams, castings) for Offshore purpose.
- Team leader, capable of motivating and managing of approx. 4 QC inspectors
- Contract manager, good understanding of legal aspects, result driven, driver of the planning, strict administrator of contractual documents
- Communicator, able to gather and share information required necessary for all parties involved to cooperate for a best result
- Cost controller, able to identify cost drivers and find solutions with contractors to mitigate impact if inevitable
- Document manager, able to ensure a solid document delivery
Packet Manager/ Project Manager Job Requirements
- 10 years’ experience in project management on construction sites/ yards
- Proven knowledge of quality control
- Proven knowledge of coordinating of classification activities
- Proven knowledge of project management (minimum IPMA B or equivalent)
- BSc in Civil engineering, structural engineering, naval architecture or marine engineering.
- BSc Business engineering
- BSc Project management oil and gas
- Willing to be located near the construction site for the duration of the project (Korea/ Middle east/ Europe)
- Good command of English both written and spoken
