What we look for
We are looking for recent graduates (who graduate before September 2013) who speak fluent German, with a Bachelor or Master’s Degree (or equivalent) from any of the following disciplines:
AB InBev offers two Graduate Recruitment Programs in Germany:
Global Management Trainee Program for those looking for a Management career with the opportunity to live and work in different areas of our business.
The program offers a 10 month training program that will give you a base understanding of the organization from a variety of perspectives and hands on experience, leading you to a junior management position within the company when completed.
Commercial Trainee Program for those looking for a career within Marketing or Sales operations.
The program offers a 4 month training program to give you a base understanding of the commercial organization from a variety of perspectives. You will have hands on experience and be working on real projects from day 1. After your first 4 month induction, you will participate in job rotations, working across the different operations, undertaking junior management positions.
Meritocracy and informality at AB InBev creates an environment where you can ask questions to those around you with ease - so you should be curious and eager to learn from as many people as possible throughout the organization. An ability to comfortably communicate and work in German and English is also a necessity.
The application process stages are as follows:
· Online tests which include logical reasoning and a cultural fit test
· Telephone interview
· ABI day in May 2013 (Assessment Centre)
· Final panel in May 2013
