Project Manager - Construction & Engineering Services
My client is an international group specialized in providing a large variety of operations & maintenance services (engineering, constructions, project management, project financing, ect) to a variety of industry sectors (e.g. pharmaceuticals, chemicals, ect).
Due to an increase in their activities, they are currently looking for a Project Manager on a permanent basis for their Brussels office.
DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES
The Project Manager will have to follow the project description, achieving the expected project goals by effectively managing the project resources.
This includes:
- Coordination of the technical activities of the engineering studies
- Commissioning of the site works
- Coordination of the contractors and manufacturers in charge of the works
- Continuous quality, cost and time management
- Being the point of contact for the customer
- Assigning project resources and arranging kick-off & follow-up meetings
- Monitoring progress and correcting processes/resource allocation when necessary
- Supervising the activities of the project engineers
- Making sure that all procedures are correctly followed (together with the QHSE Manager)

PROFILE REQUIRED
- Engineering degree
- Min 8 years experience in a multidisciplinary project team
- Working experience of MS Project
- Good working knowledge of English and French or Dutch
