Atlas Copco Secoroc is a division within Atlas Copco’s Mining and Rock Excavation Technique business area. It develops, manufactures and markets rock drilling tools worldwide. Its products are used for rock excavation within the mining and construction business for both surface and underground applications. Job description:
As one of our Product Line Managers in Atlas Copco Secoroc, you will work on an international marketing level and join a large network across the globe. You will also be provided with several development opportunities within a fast growing and market leading organization.
Secoroc is looking to fill two highly international and exciting positions for our market leading Tophammer and DTH product lines as our current product line managers are moving on to new responsibilities within the company. Our products have a strong reputation in the market place and are considered the market leader in rock drilling tools when it comes to quality and performance. The positions will be based in Fagersta, Sweden. Your main challenges will be to increase sales volumes, market shares and customer satisfaction. Another challenge is to develop the organization. Your main responsibilities will be to further develop our product line strategies, product portfolios and the customer satisfaction.
Experience:
You have at least five years’ industry experience combined with experience of drilling applications in mining or construction. As you will travel extensively, up to 30 percent of your work, international experience is a plus and you need to be comfortable with, and have a great understanding of, cultural differences.
Educational:
Preferably you hold a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, ideally in Mining Engineering. An additional degree in marketing is an advantage. You are proficient in English and knowledge in other languages is a plus. You should also have a good understanding, and be able to make use, of financial information.
Personality:
You combine deep marketing knowledge with strong technical skills. As you will represent our business globally, you must be great at cooperating and interacting with coworkers at any business level. Most importantly, to be the right candidate for this challenge where you will safeguard the interests of the company in a highly competitive environment; you need to be trustworthy, reliable and take responsibility.
