Expert (Security Management)-(Information Security Officer) Job Description

Description:
Responsibility for the IT Security and Data Protection of Huawei Switzerland. Maintenance and Operation of our ISO 27001/2 based ISMS, close cooperation with management and specialists to plan, design, implement and enforce organizational and technical security measures to fulfill our customer's expectations in Information Security and Data Protection.

Responsibilities: 

• Operate and maintain our ISMS based on ISO 27001/2
• Ensure compliance to all applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, internal and external standards
• Work out and implement security solutions together with the specialists
• Advice specialists in all aspects of Information Security and Data Protection
• Provide Sales Support and Project Consulting in all aspects of Information Security and Data Protection
• Working with client's technical and business resources to understand their security needs and formulate appropriate security solutions
• Act as a contact person for internal and external audits
• Lead BCM and DR expert groups
• Perform monthly KPI and Security Incident Reporting
• Remain informed about latest security developments and advise the management in appropriate mitigation strategies

Expert (Security Management)-(Information Security Officer) Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Bsc./MSc. in Computer Science or similar field, degree(s) in CAS/MAS Information Security, CISA, CISM, CISSP or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as an Information Security Officer or similar positions preferably in Telecom or Finance, Insurance or Security Solution Provider
• Experience in Telecommunication industry (OSS, BSS, fixed and mobile networks etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of the most common security standards such as ISO 27001/2, PCI DSS, CobIT, etc.
• Experience in Risk Management, BCM, DR
• Profound general knowledge in Operating Systems, Networks, Databases, Applications, etc.
• In-depth knowledge in the most important technical security measures like, IAM, SIEM, Vulnerability Mgmt, DLP, Encryption / PKI, Network Security
• Proven experience in developing comprehensive security architectures, solutions and concepts in a complex environment
• Knowledge of Swiss Data Protection Act as well as Telecommunication Laws and Regulations is a plus
• Solid experience in Project Management
• Result oriented, high energy, self-motivated, open minded, flexible
• Work well in fast paced complex projects and multicultural environment
• Proficient in English, other language is desirable (German, French, Italian)
