As a result of our fast expanding activities in our Bio-Analytical department we are looking for a:
Biological Analytical Researcher
Experienced in Cell-Based Assay Biological Method Development
As a researcher you are primarily responsible for the development of cell-based potency methods for biopharmaceuticals. You are also responsible for the alignment of your R&D laboratory activities to a GxP environment and regulatory requirements should be guiding in the development. In your function you will be responsible for both the method development planning and execution of experiments. You are able to work independently in a project team and communicate all key issues in a coherent concise fashion to the project/team leader. Furthermore you will be responsible for extensive report writing and you are asked to solve highly complex analytical challenges.
The candidate should be responsible for deliverables using state-of-the-art biological assays for release testing of new biological entities within restricted timelines, task focused within the platform team (4 coworkers) and guiding the practical research and development activities in the designated laboratory.
