NVIDIA is searching for a world-class engineer for an exciting role as an Industry Solutions Architect for High Performance Computing. You will have the opportunity to work with world leading scientific organizations to bring dramatic advances in scientific discovery.  The Solution Architect is a trusted advisor within the Industry and a key contributor to NVIDIAs success. They work with End Users, Developers, Systems, and Software vendors to ensure that solutions are optimized to take advantage of the acceleration provided by NVIDIA GPUs. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evangelize NVIDIA technologies to business and the Industry on how NVIDIA provides disruptive solutions that solve the worlds greatest scientific challenges.
• Provide solution design, benchmarking, and demonstration support of opportunities; provide oversight and leadership to the worlds leading HPC centers in Europe.
• Develop relationships as a trusted advisor within the customer environment and within NVIDIA related to strategic planning of solutions and products for both the Industry and for NVIDIA. 
• Develop and deliver training and workshops on CUDA, OpenACC, and NVIDIA solutions.

INDUSTRY SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT, HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPUTING Job Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Travel required (up to 40%)
• Systems Engineering

1. High Performance Applications: Climate, Physics, Chemistry, Molecular Dynamics,
2. Systems Architecture, Cluster Design
3. Systems Administration; Linux, Networking, Infiniband, Windows
4. Cluster Management Platforms (Platform, Bright, SGE)

• Software Development and Applications

1. Parallel programming, CUDA development, Directives
2. Programming Skills: C, Fortran, C++
3. Graphics Technologies: OpenGL, visualization tools

• Sales and Communication Skills

1. Presentation and Written communication
2. Able to deliver workshops and GPU programming training
3. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment and deal with complicated solutions 
5. Action oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
6. Ability to communicate very effectively and become a trusted advisor to customers. 

• Bachelors Degree in a strong scientific discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, etc.)
• Advanced Degree Preferred

• Experience in scientific HPC applications
• Publications and presentations
• Specialty skills in large scale and cluster computing
