Currently there is an opening for a
System Engineer Automation Products (fulltime, 40 hours per week)
Location: Groot-Ammers (The Netherlands)
Ensuring successful implementation of Machine control software and control systems for Wireline winches. You will be part of a small Automation Products Development Team (10 people) working in an international and dynamic market.
Responsibilities
• Programming and configuration of Automation systems.
• Automation System design.
• Testing and assistance during commissioning of control systems.
• Documentation of program specifications and test procedures.
• Provide support for Automation Products by use of all available diagnostic methods and material.
• Designed methods and tools to support of handling system settings and backup using.
• Prepare and support Engineering, Production and Sales departments regarding Automation Products.
• Providing training to internal and external customers worldwide.
• Provision of supportive information to customer enquiries
• Promotion of Sales of ASEP Elmar Products through staying continuously aware of product line.
• Visits to client offices and NOV ASEP Elmar Facilities and locations as required.
• Liaise with QA on quality issues.
• Support of technical queries relating to existing Automation Product range.

Requirements
• BSc. or equivalent in experience for example Electrical Engineering/Mechanical engineering/Mechatronics.
• C++ experience for at least 4 years preferably with QNX.
• Experience with PLC programming preferably with CoDeSys.
• Good analytical skills.
• Experience with computer and control equipment.
• Self starter and a teamplayer.
