You guide and shape the research, development and engineering. As know-how support you actively participate in exciting international projects. In addition to the R&D tasks your department is responsible for project management, design, construction, calculations, control engineering and systems integration. You and your project managers are the most important to the customer, for the entire life cycle. From the acquisition phase, up to and including delivery, service and maintenance. You are responsible for deadlines, meetings, commercial and overall technical implementation and control of internal and external resources. With creativity and innovation you provide impulses for new approaches, support feasibility studies and be proactive in defining new developments and projects.
You have shot down an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent degree and continued this education with several years of experience as an engineering manager, technical manager, or as a project manager in international plant. Current expertise in mechanics, electrical engineering, control engineering and systems engineering in the field of drive technology and robotics, allows you to understand complex customer requirements, to interpret correctly, calculate expenses and design-to-cost consciousness successfully. As a communicative team player and networker with a professional appearance you are, with interdisciplinary knowledge and assertiveness, capable of directing multi-disciplinary specialists and be a sought-after customer contact.
As an initiater, if necessary, you actively contribute to operational activities and with your organizational skills and vision you understand how to cope with skilled resource planning to be successful. You enjoy it to go to international customers and business partners locally and to communicate in English.
