In addition to our design team at our headquarters in Bern, we are looking for a complex and exciting project an experienced and motivated Construction Manager (f/m)

You are responsible for the construction of new and reconstruction projects in the residential and service sectors. You also serve clients in the new construction of condominiums. You work independently and coordinate all stakeholders involved in the construction, including planners and entrepreneurs. You are responsible for the quality, schedule, and cost-effective delivery of your work.

You have completed degree in Building or Civil Engineering and have several years of experience in construction management of complex construction projects. You are also a team player, strong, ambitious in common sense and appreciate a vibrant, dynamic environment. In dealing with customers, you appear determined and confident. You are a team player and have the ability to motivate employees and convince these.
