You’ll be part of an over 1000-strong team of technology experts, designers, project managers and consultants who have decades of experience in supporting customers both inside and outside Philips - from major companies in sectors such as semiconductor manufacturing and healthcare to highly innovative start-ups.
In the Mechatronics department (approximately 200 employees) you’ll be a key member of the team responsible for developing breakthrough solutions in areas such as smooth motion control, ultra-high accuracy positioning systems, nanometer accurate lithography, advanced healthcare products and production equipment. You’ll enjoy the resources to investigate new concepts, design new solutions and realize prototypes using the latest design techniques and process technologies.

As a Designer Product Development you work in a multi-disciplinary project team of highly skilled technical experts from both Philips Innovation Services and our customers. You play an important role in development projects in the field of high precision, healthcare and consumer products. Therefore you will need to understand and be able to work with other disciplines like electronics, software, dynamics, thermo dynamics, optics and more. You contribute to creative and constructive solutions for mechanisms and concept choices.
You have the opportunity to work on various projects for diverse markets with breakthrough technology where functionality, production feasibility, manufacturing costs and supply chain are important issues. We are currently looking for several Senior Designers.
