E&I&C Engineer Accsys Technologies PLC is a science and technology company focused on ‘sustainability’ via the development of a range of transformational technologies based upon the acetylation of wood. The primary focus is on the production and licensing of Accoya® solid wood and Tricoya® wood elements technology.
As a core member of the team, you initiate and execute new optimal and functional designs for the pilot plant and for customers’ plants. Every project is custom-made, suited to customer’s requirements. You are also responsible for managing contractors and vendors during engineering and realization phases in projects.
You are also responsible for the complete automation part design, interlocks and safety functions, alarm and asset management, control room systems, process control for continuous and batch processes of a project from design to execution.
We need a driven, hands-on engineer who wants to make a difference within a dynamic company with a unique product and a high-tech production facility. You need excellent communication skills and have to possess a natural craving to be valuable for you employer.
In-depth knowledge of PLC - DCS Control, SCADA, HMI Interfaces, Instrumentation (ATEX), Electrical installation (ATEX) is a big plus, as well as in-depth knowledge of engineering tools like ABB Freelance, Allen Bradley, Siemens S7, Foundation Fieldbus and/or Profibus.
