MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER Job Description

Department: Development Engineering

Responsibilities:
The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for defining and producing safe, cost effective, reliable and maintainable gas turbine generator sets. The main responsibilities are:

• Performing mechanical design engineering tasks
• Design and analysis of gas turbine components and generator sets
• Producing assembly diagrams
• Providing technical support to customers and colleagues
• Reviewing vendor and project documentation
• Preparing OPRA-specific documents and manuals

MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER Job Requirements

• University degree (MSc)in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage
• Software skills including SolidWorks and AUTO CAD or equivalent
