Continuous Improvement & Productivity Specialist Job Description

This will be done through the following activities:

• Running Kaizen, 5S, SMED projects (initiating, supporting, analyzing results and reporting)
• Support in defining savings targets for the plant
• Implementation of the integrated production plant management system Bunge Production System (BPS)
• Analysis of the current situation in the production departments (KPI and OEE) and preparation of proposals for technical solutions
• Defining a plan of potential improvements and calculation of savings
• Preparation and conducting trainings in the Lean area (e.g. RCA, 5WHYi Ishikawa, 5S, etc.)
• Promote Continuous Improvement culture at plant level

Continuous Improvement & Productivity Specialist Job Requirements

What do we expect from our future colleague
 

• Technical university degree in fields of Mechanics, Power Engineering, Electricity, Automation and Robotics, Environmental Engineering, Production Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Fluent in English and native Polish skills
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge and experience in running projects in the field of LEAN Manufacturing
• Very good interpersonal skills and teamwork attitude
• Ability to think analytically and manage tasks
• Self-starter personality, with a change-oriented approach
• Occasional travels 
• Driving license category B
