IT Helpdesk Agent Job Requirements

Description:

•Usage of a PC (Windows XP)
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
•Good understanding of IT infrastructures (PC, Printer, Network, TCP/IP, technologies like Intranet/Internet, WWW, email, etc.)
•Fluent Polish, Czech/Slovak, Russian (little accent accepted) English on a level to communicate IT internally
•Experience/knowledge in behaving on phone supporting IT users
•Collaborative skills / Team-oriented working
•Positive and friendly mentality/attitude
•Strong service and problem solving orientation
•Ability to respect timing rules of 1st-level (e.g. escalation of ticket, if solution takes more than 15 minutes, etc.)
•Ability to cope with heavy workload in peak times in a Service Desk
