What’s the role?
As the Software Community Manager, you will be driving the growth and success of communities working on Inner Source and Open Source projects within CSDI. Inner Source Projects build reusable components using the same development philosophies as Open Source but where the code repository remains internal to Shell. Building strong and thriving communities around these cross-discipline projects where people can learn, contribute and grow is vital to the success of these projects and those participating in them.

You should have proven Community Management experience in relevant fields, markets and segments and have deep knowledge and previous success in building and managing communities. Effective stakeholder management (both external and internal) at various levels will be essential in bringing others along on the journey to build successful communities that you will be accountable to lead.
