Envases BV is a manufacturer of a wide range of metal packaging for the paint and food industry that are delivered to customers in Europe. Envases BV exists 80 years this year and is part of Envases Group, a global packaging company.
 
Envases Group is looking for an International Project Manager
 
We are looking for an analytical and creative engineer who will work as Project Manager for Envases Group in Europe and America. As an International Project Manager you will work at our production location in The Netherlands/Halsteren (NB); you report to the Vice President Technology Envases Europe in Denmark.

International Technical Project Manager Job Requirements

Responsibilities
 
·         Managing/leading cross-functional and transnational projects about manufacturing processes with focus on   
          sharing best practices and benchmarking
·         Management of complex multi-sites projects in the field of industrial engineering with full responsibility for 
          deadline, quality and cost monitoring 
·         Planning and implementation of investment projects in close coordination with production
·         Creation, implementation and follow-up of project plans, interface coordination with other areas /plants
·         Consideration of safety and environmental issues in all project stages
·         Motivating the project team and informing the stakeholders
·         Communication with project members, internal customers, and external suppliers
·         Active management and communication about latest developments in manufacturing, general line products
          and processes
·         Analysing market developments, supplier markets, competitors, and legal requirements to drive industrial 
          engineering on the next level
         
 
Your skills
 
·         A Bachelor or master’s degree, preferably with a technical orientation as engineer or industrial engineer
·         At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing industry
·         High technical curiosity – desire to understand and minimize the differences (standardization)
·         Analytical approach in international bench markings
·         Sense for mass production of metal products
·         Insight in automation
·         Sense and skills for cost reduction across the group
·         Idea generation (out of the box)
·         Empathic and intercultural collaboration skills
·         Perfect communication skills in English, Spanish is appreciated
·         Willingness to travel to our European plants (D, HU, A, CH, GB) as well as Mexico and US of minimum 60 days 
          per year.
