You will work on innovative concepts to optimize the performance of satellite navigation (GNSS) solutions. You will be using a variety of tools such as a satellite navigation simulator to understand the vulnerabilities of PNT systems. You use those insights to set up and carry out tests in the laboratory or in the field. You evaluate the performance of Galileo and EGNOS and develop and test solutions such as anti-jamming antennas. You will work for the national and European industrial sector, as well as governments. Our navigation team works together with other institutes and universities.
At NLR, you will be part of our satellite navigation team. On a daily basis you will work in small project teams of varying composition. Working at NLR is typified by its variety and dynamic working relationships. The navigation team works from both our Amsterdam and Marknesse locations.
