NPI Service Manager
Your department
The Service Product Management department is part of Global Operations. As such it contributes to our Life-cycle Services proposition which accounts for more than 20% of the total sales at Vanderlande. The department Service Product Management advises on the life-cycle of our products (Market Leading Concepts, Functional Modules) and customer installed base. The team manages the product service requirements and prepares the Life Cycle Services organization for effective and efficient execution of life-cycle services. Next to that, the department monitors the performance of the products in the customer installed base and uses these insights to advise on product improvements.
Your tasks/responsibilities
Responsible for the entire service life-cycle of Procured Equipment applied within Vanderlande Material Handling Solutions:
