Job location: Multiple locations in Belgium possible: Antwerp - Herent - Ghent - Izegem - Mouscron
During your training period as a Technical Graduate you will apply your technical expertise and leadership potential in a hands-on environment. Early on, you will be responsible for a significant part of the production process and for the people that make it happen.
You will be expected to contribute to productivity, quality and process improvement.
Your success is determined by your capability to develop leadership skills.
In the European Graduate Program of 2 years, you could expect the following experiences at Cargill:
- Initial assignment to a job

- Mentoring provided by a Cargill manager

Major tasks: - You manage the production process for oil- and fat refining.
- You organize the tasks of the operators and reorganize these in case of absence or illness.
- You are responsible for the quality and you will take all initiatives necessary to guarantee this quality: you will observe that the industrial cleaning operations are carried out correctly, you optimize the process parameters, you advise the lab on products out of spec, etc.
- Together with these aspects you maintain the efficiency and cost aspects.
- You manage a team of operators, motivate them and keep an eye on the quality together with them.
- You are an organizer, motivator and problem solver and can manage this within a context and in accordance with the Cargill Safety Standards.
- You make improvement recommendations and will work on these together with your colleagues. You can expect a culture of constant formal and informal consultation. The production supervisor will be your manager.
- You work in a 6-shift system.

Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering (Process, Agricultural, Food Science, Chemical or Mechanical)
- Between 0 and maximum 2 years of working experience
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to relocate to other countries
- High integrity standards
