Head of Instrumentation & Automation m/f Job Description

The Head of Instrumentation & Automation
- is responsible for compliance with the objectives of the Department Instrumentation &
  Automation
- leads his team functionally and disciplinarily
- is responsible for the individual development of his staff
- develops and maintains the Processing Guidelines in accordance to the Technip Group
  Standards and Procedures
- reports to the Head of Engineering Department

The ideal candidate
- has several years of experience in Instrumentation& Automation in major projects
- is a solid personality and authority and fluent in German and English
- has already experience in leadership/ personnel management,
- is able to convince, motivate and resolve conflicts
- is strategically focused and contributes as per the specific needs and tasks
- has experience with modern engineering tools
