Responsibilities: ​
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Graduate to join us at our site in Stallingborough, NE Lincolnshire as part of our Global Graduate Development Program.
As a graduate on our program you’ll get hands on practical experience working as part of our closely knit team of experienced professionals, learning at every step of the way. As a graduate Mechanical Engineer you’ll be immersed in our operational activities from the outset; we believe this is the most effective way to learn about our business. You’ll get to apply your knowledge of Mechanical Engineering to our manufacturing environment and by the very nature of our business you’ll be challenged to use that knowledge to deliver an effective maintenance service to our plant operations.
You’ll work as part of our onsite team to advise our planners, technicians and site supervisors on the course of action relating to your area of expertise. You’ll provide technical input into our inspection findings to ensure continued fitness of service for our equipment and to ensure repairs are completed to the required standards. You’ll also be involved in timely asset replacement to ensure no disruption to the plant and you’ll work to identify ways in which to continually improve our processes to ensure plant reliability.
​As an organisation we are committed to finding and developing new talent. Our long term success is dependent on the talent of our employees and, of course, our graduates. You will need to hold, or be on target, for a good MEng or MSc in Mechanical Engineering; with a minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree.
