We are seeking an Instrument & Electrical Engineering Graduate to join us at our site in Stallingborough, NE Lincolnshire as part of our Global Graduate Development Program. As a graduate on our program you’ll get hands on practical experience working as part of our closely knit team of experienced professionals, learning at every step of the way. As a graduate Instrument & Electrical Engineer you’ll be immersed in our operational activities from the outset; we believe this is the most effective way to learn about our business. You’ll get to apply your knowledge of Instrument & Electrical Engineering to our manufacturing environment and by the very nature of our business you’ll be challenged to use that knowledge to ensure we deliver the effective maintenance and reliability of our Instrument and Electrical systems.
You’ll work as part of our onsite team identifying and implementing I&E improvements to reliability, maintainability and safety as well as identifying ways to increase rate & quality and reduce costs. You could be involved in root cause analysis of I&E safety and reliability incidents or supporting the Engineering & Project team in the initiation or development of capital projects. Whatever you’re involved in you can guarantee you’ll be learning.

You will need to hold, or be on target, for a good MEng or Msc in Electrical, Control or Instrument Engineering with a minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree.
