Engineer (f/m) TD Product Engineering Job Description

In this position you will support the yield enhancement activities through product study and testing, yield analysis as well as electrical performance study, bitmap studies and overlay to DO, bitmap and product FA analysis.      

• You will create automated electrical parametric characterization programs for feedback to the yield and process Integration teams.
• You will set-up and support automated electrical parametric characterization and diagnostic testing.
• You will develop and improve yield characterization and data analysis methodologies to determine yield limiters, correlation to in-line defectivity, and electrical parametric signals.
• You will drive internal test areas to improve data quality, cycle time, and manufacturing robustness. Provide full engineering support to the test areas.
• You will take the ownership on yield issues and stand on top of the issues
• You will take the initiative and drive working teams for yield analysis, enhancement and projection
• You will be expected to work closely with customers and product owners to understand the products, the splits to be run on the products and to meet the expected product performance and technology requirements
• You will be Involve in customer teleconference calls, discussion meetings and visits and drive the TD yield meetings    
• As a potential team leader you are involved in a certain level in the strategic planning and decision making. You will Coach engineers on yield analysis, correlations, yield report completion and yield enhancement and train engineers to achieve the required product engineers’ skill sets and knowledge level

Engineer (f/m) TD Product Engineering Job Requirements

• You hold a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science,  Physics or a related, relevant discipline and ideally own a PhD in a respective field
• You have multiple years of work experience in the Semiconductor field
• You posses broad knowledge in Product Testing, Fab Processes, Failure Analysis and Decive Physics
• You have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, you are energetic and a self starter
• You have demonstrated experience in planning and managing projects
• You have strong communication skills - both written and verbal - in English required and in German recommended
• You have strong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to achieve commitments and react to shifting priorities to meet business need   Your place of work will be in Dresden. In case of a movement in our region we are going to support you.
