Microsoft Technical Architect Job Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• In-depth understanding of the Microsoft technology and product landscape
• Knowledge of infrastructure design, capacity planning and guidelines for Microsoft solutions
• Ability to estimate effort for solutions based on proposed architecture/design
• Keen interest in technology, current trends and best practices
• Strong Commercial Awareness
• Experience of Object Oriented Design and Pattern based approach to development
• Experience of Agile, Waterfall and Unified Process Based Delivery Methodologies.

• Strong understanding of one or more of the Microsoft products - particularly SharePoint 2010 or Dynamics CRM
• Experience in SilverLight and /or  Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
• Experience in claims based authentication including Windows Identity Foundation (WIF)
• Experience of Usability and Accessible Application Design.
