Mechanical Design Engineer (Lead) Job Description

We are looking for experienced Mechanical Design Engineers who are eager to start a position in a
high-tech environment in the Netherlands. You will be developing complex modules by designing, creating and testing sub-systems within the restrictions imposed by system specifications, costs and planning considerations.

Mechanical Design Engineer (Lead) Job Requirements

Education
Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Precision-, Micro-,
Nano- engineering.

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• NX experience is a pre, 3D CAD experience is a must.
• Experience in design in a complex technical multi-disciplinary environment.
• Preferably: knowledge in one or more: stress, strain, deformation, FEM analysis, vacuum, optics
• Preferably: experience in leading design teams

• Highly motivated team player with excellent social, coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an international multicultural setting.
• Ability to excel in creative design and flawless execution of parts/(sub)modules.
• Flexible and open mindset, anticipating on a challenging and dynamic environment.
• Eager to drive own development.
