Job Description
As a Change Manager, you will be guiding and supporting the transformation teams on the following subjects:
- Take ownership on embedding the required change with the goal to have the business ready to adopt the impact in a sustainable way
- Advise, design and agree on the change strategy and plan with the Program Manager, project team, line manager and supporting roles using as much as possible standardized methods and frameworks
- Drive and execute the Change plan according to ASML's change management framework with high flexibility to adapt the plan on changing requirements and complexity
- Define and coordinate communication activities and reviews related to the desired change and new WoW
- Define and agree on change project KPI's and reports on progress
- Enable and support the program project team to manage the transformation by standardized methods and frameworks that fit the needs of the business (goal-oriented)
- Report on the progress of change and communication plan
- Pro-actively leverage and maintain best practices in the change competence centre and act as a coach to your peers in your field of expertise
- Define and execute appropriate interventions to mitigate Change Management risks
- Agree upon and develop standards (best-known methods) together with your peers in ASML in a competence centre approach
- Drive change management to become part of each improvement and transformation project as part of its DNA
- Acts as ‘sparring partner’ and coach for the program manager, project teams and management teams
- Pro-actively contribute to corporate culture and value strategy, transformation goals, methods and standards
- Reach out to the peers of the industry to bring outside knowledge in.
Context of the position
Our Operations Strategies and Excellence (OSE) Mission:
To ensure Operations meets the future ASML needs. We drive the long term Operations strategy making and execution from current to target states via programs and by focusing on people. We develop and leverage Operations’ talents in ASML. We strengthen the connections on strategic topics with other sectors, in particular, SE, D&E, SS&P, and IT.
OSE focusses on three strategic themes:
- Enabling future Ops performance by Ops participating in Product Policymaking & execution
- Shaping Operations footprint & capabilities
- Organize structural improvement to raise the performance of ASML production system and leverage the global network
Team Structure:
- Reports to: Sr. Director Deploy in Operations Strategies & Excellence department.
- Functional reporting to project lead and will be part of the project business Change and Communication team.
- Functional reporting to change competence centre owner to lead and align corporate change management approach, challenges and culture
Education
Bachelor or Master degree/or equivalent by experience
Experience
- You have at least 8 years of work experience in different environments/businesses
- Knowledge of / experience in the most common Change Management theories and practices
- Knowledge of / experience with Lean and Agile principles
- Experience in working on projects in a technical industrial environment
- Proven coaching experience
- You are fully at ease in working with senior and middle management, but also in working with operational department
