Introduction
Operations Strategy & Excellence (OSE) is responsible to lead the Operations sector striving for Operational Excellence (Blue DNA). In this journey it is important that the right set of capabilities are available, improved and matured. The capabilities that require breakthroughs are derived from and aligned with the ASML Product strategy.
The Design team within OSE has the responsibility to orchestrate the Strategy Deployment process (Hoshin Kanri). Furthermore, the Design team will maintain a Transformation roadmap in which the priorities are set for and dependencies are managed between the different breakthroughs. In order to drive this process, the Design team will:
Education
Masters in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or any other technical studies. A consultancy background would be a pre.
Experience
10+ years in Operations, supply chain and/or industrialization. Experienced in Strategy Development and Program management. Deep understanding of Operations and its performance. Experience in the semiconductor industry and/or in the high tech equipment industry.
