The US People Development Organization sector is responsible for the policy and implementation of all activities relating to development and learning, performance management and other HR related activities.
The Training Intern reports to the Human Resources People Development (PD) Senior Specialist. This position will be part of the US People Development organization.
Job DescriptionSupport the ASML HR&O organization and ASML personnel with special projects, administrative activities and information using ASML HR&O methods, policies, procedures and practices. Internship length - Fall 2019 through Spring 2020 semestersWork hours - 15 to 20 hours per week; Monday-FridayThe Training Intern will interface with the HR&O organization and ASML employees on all levels. Also the role requires working with various vendors.Plans and coordinates non-technical training and career development programs
Supports special projects as needed
