Inventory Analyst and Project Lead Job Description

Introduction

Job Mission
In this role, you will support the Business Lines and Sectors with insight into the inventory and Capital Expenditure (Capex) consequences of their planning, business and operational decisions. Via projects you will drive to improve inventory efficiency by closely cooperating with sectors and Business Lines. If you like contributing to key decision processes with your expertise and want to enable ASML to set and achieve its financial targets then this is the position for you.

Job Description
In this job you will:

• Analyze inventory data generated out of the system by the inventory management team.
• Define based on the analysis actions towards dedicated stakeholders.
• Be contact person for inventory related topics towards the stakeholders (sectors/BL).
• Set-up inventory related improvement actions and contribute to the execution of it.
• Give advice to the organization on inventory related topics based on your analyses and experience you gathered.
• Be part of the yearly TAP and LTFP processes to define inventory budgets for sectors and Business lines.

Inventory Analyst and Project Lead Job Requirements

Education
Academic level in econometrics, operations research, industrial engineering or similar.

Experience

•  5+ years relevant work experience (Supply Chain Management).
•  Experience with MS Office and SAP is required , SQL is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills (including stakeholder management).
• High abstraction and analytical ability.
• Result oriented, hands-on mentality.                                                                                                                   
• Problem solving, flexible and critical thinking.
