System Integration engineer - Service Job Description

Introduction
We are looking for a dedicated enthusiastic engineer who likes to work on a system level! In this position, you will understand what needs to be delivered to the customer support organization to service the DUV systems in an efficient and effective way.  You will be the one to organize and steer that these service deliverables will be available on time with the right quality. Job Mission
Steer the readiness of the service deliverables in the Development and Engineering organization to ensure that Customer Support can successfully execute service actions.

Job Description
The main responsibilities of the service integrator are:

  • Organize regular meetings with Functional Clusters, Customer Support and other service competencies to steer readiness
  • Report on regular base about status of the deliverables
  • Identify actions to be taken based on the reports 
  • Steer readiness of service deliverable verification
  • Participate in the service deliverables scope definition
  • Identify improvements and drive that those will be realized
  • Participate in the release advice of the service deliverables 

System Integration engineer - Service Job Requirements

Education
Technical Bachelor or Master Degree e.g. in Physics, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 

Experience

  • Experience in or affinity with the machine industry
  • Experiences in semiconductor equipment development a strong plus
  • Experience with service deliverables to a customer support organization

Context of the position
You will work within the System Integration department which mission is to verify and release system configurations such that these can be manufactured and maintained with the required quality which meet customer expectation. You will report to the Group lead upgrade and service integration. As a service integrator you will work closely with the availability project leader and the availability team. You interface with equipment engineers and Development and engineering project leads and customer support representatives.
