Introduction
Within ASML the Customer Support (CS) group is responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations. One of the segments within CS is EUV Upgrades. The EUV Upgrades organization prepares and executes complex repairs and commercial upgrades on EUV install base systems. These upgrades are run 24/7 in a customer production environment with a team of 15-50 engineers over a period of 5-52 weeks. CS EUV Upgrades is a global organization with a presence in different locations in the world.
Job Mission
As a CS EUV Upgrades Planner, you are the main responsible person to secure the required resources for the complex repairs and commercial upgrades at customer sites. The planner’s mission is to achieve flexible, reliable and optimized planning for upgrades on ASML machines. This planning must be in line with the department strategy and planning guidelines and taking all relevant dependencies into account (eg: work-life balance, utilization, stakeholder departments, visa’s, core teams).
Job Description
Your main tasks are:
-Plan, schedule and arrange customer support for the execution of repairs and upgrades on ASML machines at the customer site, in cooperation with the regional EUV execution teams;
-Monitor and control the progress of the overall upgrade planning. Attend and organize relevant meetings and reviews in order to realize the plan;
-Determine the consequences of proposed plan changes and related actions on project and program level. Report progress and discrepancies to project leaders and project managers;
-Management reporting to stakeholders and project managers. Represent the CS department in operational planning meetings;
-Maintain digital documentation about the upgrades (including status, planning, roadmaps, etc.);
-Provide administrative support to CS EUV upgrades when required (eg: website, Sharepoint, visa request).
Context of the position
You will be part of the CS EUV Upgrades Veldhoven team.
Education
Bachelor degree in (Technical) Business Administration / Business Economics.
Experience
-At least 2 years of project planner work experience in a relevant environment;
-Experience in business processes;
-Good Dutch and English language skills, both verbal and written.

-Strong analytical ability and focus on problem-solving;
-A structured and accurate way of working. Able to see the overall picture but capable of driving on details;
