Leading a team of highly skilled engineers in the delivery of initiating & driving improvement proposals to prevent part failures.You interact with many other sectors within ASML such as procurement, sourcing, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing and customer support. You strive for quality while keeping timing and budget within agreed limits, and escalate to program and line management when needed.

Job Description
The Project Manager Parts Quality drives a cross sectoral team to identify, quantify (structural) improvements including implementation, both pre and post shipment. You have direct interaction with our internal customer(s) like the BL(s). You interact with many other sectors within ASML such as procurement, sourcing, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing and customer support. You strive for quality while keeping timing and budget within agreed limits, and escalate to program and line management when needed.

More specifically:

• Project Initiation: identify and analyze business needs, stakeholders and linkages to other project and define project scope and objectives.
• Project Plan: formulate the project plan determine budget and required resources, clarify role and involvement level of team members and acquire approval and acceptance of the plan.
• Project Execution: coordinate, monitor and drive project activities, manage project risks and resources and take corrective actions when necessary. Create and sent reporting to stakeholders.
• Project Closure: evaluate and close project, identify and analyze lessons learned, archive project documents and hand over project to customer and/or line management.
• Project Reporting: Provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses.
• Relations Management: build, maintain and utilize a network of internal and external stakeholders, cross-sector, and represent the project within the organization.
• People Management: attract, (functionally) lead, coach, appraise and develop (the cooperation between) employees, ensure staffing and increase empowerment.
• Content Related: intrinsic drive to understand the content and reasoning behind challenges facilitating a good team guidance and proper stakeholder management.

Project Manager Job Requirements

Education
Master Degree in a technical area, such as Business Administration, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Optics/Physics, Data Analytics.

Experience
We are looking for people who:

• Have 5 years’ experience in multidisciplinary projects.
• Have experience in organizing projects on system level with interfaces of multiple projects.
• Have a proven track record in realizing cross sector project results related to industrialization, serviceability, manufacturability, availability, reliability, diagnostics, recovery or related to these topics.
• Have experience in Change Management.
• Have experience with ASML products or have Semiconductor knowledge.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and team building skills.
• Self-propelling and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and “helicopter view”.
• Able to influence people without power and speak up.
• Perseverance in situations when confronted with push back.
• Work pleasantly with people wit different backgrounds and cultures.
