Job Mission
Thesenior competence engineer is able to develop and execute a plan with keyperformance indicators to drive and implement the global transport managementstrategy within ASML.
This role should be able to understand the service levelrequirements and customer expectation as well as the freight companiescapabilities for international and domestic shipments. Able to use the big dataand data mining skills to drive cost and performance improvements within theFreight Department. This role is also responsible to increase the usagecompliance of the ASML Transport Management System.
Job Description
1. Transport Management Systemadoption. Prepare and validate a GAP analysis in between the current Transport Management System (TMS) adherence/compliance and the desirable levels. Improves the TMS adherence.
2. Lead process improvementsinitiatives making sure these are implemented and executed.Provide subject matter expertise for transportation processes.Own (validate, develop, improve and document) identified transportation related processes, including operational and customs related processes.
3. Documentation Management.Update and maintain project SharePoint sites.Document management/Training: Ensure project documentation is complete and effectively communicated to appropriate persons and departments
4. Other key responsibilities. Develop and sustain cooperative cross-functional working relationships to inspire, influence, motivate, and guide others towards goal accomplishments.
Education
Bachelor in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management/Logistics or equivalent.
Experience
From 5 to 10 year of experience in complex supply chains;
Strong Logistics knowledge (Transportation and Transport Management Systems);
Office application knowledge;
Project Management;ERP (Preferable SAP, Supply chain and Logistics Modules);
Green Belt of equivalent;
Operational process mapping;
Strong analytical skills.
Personal skills
Leadership and Cultural awareness;
Presentation Skills to different level of the organization in English;
Proactive attitude;
Result oriented and self-driven.
