Our client is a successful ICT organisation, which focuses on the exploitation of large databases. To do this, they develop portals, services and products. Their clientele consists mainly of business service providers and Government. It is a compact and flat organization, established in the Betuwe, Netherlands. In a monumental building it works hard and with conviction. The atmosphere is casual and informal. The lines are short. There is a lot of room for ownership. The own responsibility, on the other hand, is also great. Because of increasing crowds, we are looking for a Data Administrator who can support the Master Data warehouse.

Function:

In this job you on one hand maintain and develop databases. From here you also create made-to-measure data files for customers. Unlocks data files and you translate data to ready-made information for the customers. In other words, you make the basis and you use this basis in order to answer specific customer wishes. On the other hand, you get a major task in the customer contact: you answer customer questions. You support them in the use of your services and products. You solve problems they encounter, where you demand maximum effort from yourself. In short: it is a function in which nvoke solid analytical and problem solving skills and a strong communicative aspect at the same time.

Data Administrator (Good Linux Skills) Job Requirements

Profile:

• Analytical strong;
• Knowledge and experience with Linux;
• Affinity with databases and computer models;
• Bachelor educational level, preferably in an exact direction;
• Experience with other open source software such as Apache and Postgis is an advantage;
• Excellent communication and contractual skills;
• Customer and service oriented;
• Enquiring and creative;
• Self-starting ability.
