Job Description
As Senior Manager Sustainability Strategy, you
-Lead strategic initiatives on sustainability
-Define sustainability strategy in line with overall corporate strategic ambition
-Engage with senior leaders to embed sustainability drivers in value creation processes
-Facilitate sustainability priority execution in the line
-Provide expert knowledge in connecting business strategy with sustainability across ASML
-Develop innovative measures that enable significant and sustainable enterprise value
-Support integration of sustainability in the employee experience and life cycle
In this position you will be travelling internationally up to 10% of your time.

Senior Manager Sustainability Strategy Job Requirements

Education
MSc in Engineering in combination with a Business / Economics degree

Experience
- 8 years relevant Sustainability Strategy working experience or consulting in the high-tech industry
-At least 3 years with a top tier strategy consulting firm
-Top-notch strategic capabilities with proven track record on sustainable value creation
-Outstanding professional in the area of strategy & corporate development with focus on embedding sustainability in organizational culture and linking sustainability to financial performance

Personal skills
-Able to interact with senior business leaders and experts within a large international company
-Comfortable to work on the cutting edge of markets, products, and technological innovation
-Highly analytical combined with strong business sense
-Deeply understand how to catalyze sustainability innovation in an organization
-Problem-solver and systems thinker with strong delivery capability
-Ambitious talent, with high potential and strong verbal and written communication skills
-Enjoys working in a fast-paced technology environment
