Education
Master degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Econometrics, Information Management or similar. Ideally followed up with relevant courses on process automation, data analytics and/or Continuous Monitoring.

Context of the position
The Data Scientist is part of the Employee Benefits Administration. The Corporate Finance Organization is responsible for providing business support, performance measurement and planning, internal controls accounting and compliance, internal administrative processes, tax, and treasury.
The Employee Benefits Administration is responsible for the management of highly automated processes for European and Asian Payroll, Global Business Travel & Expenses, Time and attendance and the Global Share and Option administration. The Employee Benefits administration interacts with various internal departments (e.g. Finance, Tax, Treasury and HR&O) and external parties (e.g. salary agency, Travel agency, Expense, Time, Share and Option systems and external Accountants)
The Data Scientist reports to the Sr. Manager Employee Benefits Administration. He/she interacts with various departments and layers in and outside of finance.
