Job Mission
Societal sponsoring within ASML is mainly focused on improving the attractiveness and stickiness of the living environment of our current and future employees. Next to general events and activities, those sponsorships also contain some special areas where we want to make the difference and give back to society and the region. For instance, the Van Gogh Sponsorship focuses on the future conservation of paintings. Next to that, we use our sponsorships to stimulate youngsters to learn more about light and technology. To manage these programs we are looking for a Program Manager Sponsorships who not only can set up activation programs but also ensures that we create added value for all stakeholders involved.
Job Description
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the sponsoring activation plans, internal and external stakeholder management, the communication strategy and the reporting of results and progress.
Your aim will be to increase the awareness of ASML's sponsorships, to strengthen the local reputation and to ensure that ASML’s added value in those sponsorships is recognized.
Responsibilities:
Determining the activation opportunities based on the sponsored contracts of PSV/Van Gogh together with partners. Creating a sponsoring year plan and setting goals and milestones. Determining a content strategy focusing on which kind of stories we would like to tell and outlining the program content for all the activities, aligning with stakeholders, and creating structured planning to ensure perfect execution. Most of the activities will require creative communication concepts in order to maximize impact.
Ensuring that there is a continuous flow of stories about our sponsorships both internally and externally. Actively looking for opportunities to activate the ASML brand values, proposing ideas and working together to check mutual interest and feasibility. Pitching ideas and making sure that the necessary budget will be arranged. Guiding the team on priorities, activities and quality of work. Ensuring that measurements in engagement and impact on reputation are in place. Taking care of continuous reporting of progress and results.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, events or communications.
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in managing sponsored deals and brand activation programs.
Personal skills
Stakeholder Management: being able to influence without hierarchical power.Creativity: shaping and improving ideas and getting them ready for execution.Conceptual thinking skills: advanced critical thinking & analytical skills, able to deal with high complexity.Planning & measurement abilities. Takes initiative and responsibility to create a plan and drive the execution. Leadership skills: Leading suppliers/vendors within own area of expertise, collaborating proactively with direct colleagues, understanding team dynamics and each other’s strengths and weaknesses.

You will be part of the corporate communications team.
