Job Mission
You will operate in an ambiguous environment with many different stakeholders andresponsible for material availability of complete modules and feasibilityinvestigations of plan scenario’s. This includes for example: creating a modulesupply plan, allocation requests to decision makers to safeguard the supplyplan, support capability increase decisions and indicating risks andopportunities.
In order to be successful in this role it’s crucial to build a strong network forproviding the right information as you will have to connect the dots and ensurethe quality of the information as business decisions are depending on this. You will need to communicate and align with different levels in the organizationand deal with fast changing business dynamics.

Candidate’s profile:
-Proven track record in areas of service and operations management, in a high-tech or otherwise highly complex and cross-sectorial business environment.
-Can manage high dynamics, whilst having the drive to structure.
-Advanced analytical and complex problem solving skills, to identify relevant supply chain drivers, as well as perseverance and project management skills to actually generate impact.
Education
Relevant Bachelor or Master's degree (e.g (Technical) Business Administration, Supply chain or Engineering)
Experience
At least 5 years of experience;
Highly analytical and able to organize and prioritize workload.
Experience in working with ERP; SAP experience is preferred
Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain and relevant markets
Decision making skills, people management skills, project management skills
Relevant experience in a large international company, ideally Supply Chain Management, Operations or Procurement background
Fresh university graduates can be considered, major in supply chain management, or trading, or logistics; excellent in English.

Context of the position
Supply Chain Management (SCM) at ASML is an industry-leading supply-chain management organization, responsible for ensuring material availability to ASML’s factories and customers. Our DNA contains customer focus, concurrent engineering, virtual integration plus the ability to thrive in a volatile market, accelerate the supply chain and deliver creative solutions.
SCM plans up to four years ahead while customer requirements and system bill of materials can change at any time. Any break in material availability can have an unacceptable impact for our customers.
