The EHS Manager of ASML Wilton is responsible for the EHS strategy and management systems to support the local Management staff to drive continuous improvement of our EHS performance. He or she will lead a dedicated team of EHS specialists to implement and check adherence to corporate EHS standards in line with local legislation. Job Description
-Ensure primary compliance to ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and support to ISO14001 (Environment) and relevant EHS Corporate standards.
-Drive local improvement projects and assign resources to corporate projects in support of EHS Roadmap.
-Ensure compliance to local regulatory requirements for EHS.
-Review EHS KPI on EHS Dashboard with local Management staff and define corrective actions.
-Setup workplace inspection program to check compliance for corporate and local EHS requirements.
-Represent Wilton EHS in the ASML worldwide EHS community to drive the long term company roadmap.
Education
Bachelor or Master degree in a technical study with secondary education in the field of Occupational Health and Safety and affinity for sustainability and environmental topics, or equivalent experience.
Experience
At least 5 – 10 years of work experience as a manager of EHS in a technical company with global scope.

Context of the position
The EHS manager will report to the Wilton Site Operations leader and will lead a team of safety professionals to cover safety and related EHS operational tasks. Work in close collaboration with the environment operations in the Wilton Facility Management group. Also this position will be the main interface to Corporate EHS to ensure alignment of EHS roadmap, processes and systems at global
