HR Internship Job Description

Research Square is an international recruitment agency specialising in recruitment of highly educated candidates in technical industries. We distinguish ourselves from different recruitment agencies by focusing mainly on Master’s and PhD candidates. The majority of our customers are Dutch companies, however we also provide our service to companies in Switzerland and Germany.

What will you be doing?
During the internship you will have a chance to get familiar with different aspects of HR. Research Square recruit candidates from all over the world so you will speak with people of different nationalities and cultures. You will interview candidates independently both in the office and on the Skype. You will represent Research Square at career events at the universities all around the Netherlands. You will guide candidates through the recruitment procedure, starting with the first meeting and ending with an employment contract. Moreover, you will visit our customers and acquire new ones using different communication channels.
 
Your key responsibilities will be:

• Candidate interviews;
• Guiding candidate through recruitment process;
• Representing Research Square company at career events;
• Visiting customers to maintain customer relationship;
• Acquiring new customers;
• Candidate sourcing.

• Intensive trainee-program;

HR Internship Job Requirements

• 3rd/ 4th year bachelor student, preferably Communications, Human Resource Management or International Business;
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written;
• Hands on mentality;
• Able to work independently but also to manage own tasks and responsibilities;
• Fluent in English;
