Reporting to Product Management Manager, Benelux Based in Haarlem, Netherlands

As a Local Product Manager, you will instrumental in the range offer to the Benelux market, focusing on Automation & Control, working as part of an expanding team to deliver first class product range management for our customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- To develop and manage a portfolio of products and suppliers to maximise profit, delivering the best offer at the lowest overall cost in line with the Group strategy.
- Support the execution of the Marketing campaigns within the local market
- Product selection to promote product range whenever required for customer campaigns
- Provide CTIS and Sales force support and training for supplier related activities as required to meet business needs.
- Ensure local Product compliance support is provided
- To provide local pricing insight
- Conduct pricing execution as required
- To provide local range insight to the Central PM teams
- Effectively manage supplier marketing & relationship activities
- Manage price checks for Promotion
- Manage the supplier funding
- Manage the local purchasing agreements
- Manage the cost reduction, cost containment and rebates of local suppliers under your responsibility

Local Product Manager - Benelux Job Requirements
As our Local Product Manager in Benelux, you will demonstrate:
- Fluent in Dutch and English – both verbal and written
- MRO product knowledge is critical preferably Automation & Control
- Range Management experience is essential
- Experience of successful relationship development with suppliers
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong commercial awareness & experience in establishing and developing new working processes
- Strong interpersonal skills to “make things happen” in a matrix environment
- Ability to multi task, take ownership and set own goals and priorities
- Good financial and analytical skills
- Knowledge of market place activity and developments in relevant technology/product trends
- Good presentation skills
- Good international cultural awareness
