Introduction
Wafer clamps are the mechanical interface between our EUV machines and the wafers that we process. A product that needs to provide a nanometer accurate platform for over a million wafer passes. It requires the complex combination of precision engineering, tribology, materials and high precision manufacturing competences to realize this. You are the leader of the team mechanical experts that drive and execute this development for multiple projects. You interface with the mechanical architect and PLs, identify, plan and execute the work with the team.

Take full ownership of the hardware development or issues from start to end. Lead and inspire your team of precision mechanical experts to achieve optimal results in a multidisciplinary project setting. Support the project leads to achieve good quality results at the right time for our customers.
