Project Lead D&E Job Description

Do you want work on system level and manage stakeholders throughout the whole organization? Do you want to align our D&E organization with our customers to ensure a smooth installation process of our systems? Then this position might be suitable for you!

Job Description
-Take lead in the D&E pre-install process 
-Create pre-install plan, align stakeholders accordingly and manage the pre install team to ensure a smooth installation of our systems 
-Keep regular contact with our D&E organization for changes and adjust the plan accordingly
-Give support to our own factory and towards our customers
-Drive process improvements
-Drive early involvement of pre install team in the development process to avoid design changes later on in the process
-Close the loop and improve based on lessons learned

Project Lead D&E Job Requirements

Education
Technical Master preferred. Technical Bachelor if experienced.

Experience
-External candidates > 5 years working experience as project leader
-Internal candidates > 2 years working experience as project leader
Preferably experience in Industrial Engineering and Management or Installation engineering of large system installs

Personal skills
 -Strict on timely delivery and quality, able to early identify where help is needed.
-Manage stakeholders on all levels as well as the customer on scope and timing of the delivery
-Capable of getting customer needs clear, even in tense situations
-Able to influence without power, know when to escalate in order to achieve company goals

Context of the position
You will be part of the pre-install group which provides the requirements our customers need, in order to design, build and qualify their factory before we can install the system.
The pre install process has a high priority and therefore has recently become a separate D&E group within ASML. The project lead can have a large impact in improvement projects to further develop this group.
