Description
Do you want to take part in the development of the car of tomorrow? The Purchasing team at Toyota Motor Europe is able to offer you this challenge. Located in the heart of Europe our department plays a key strategic role in the development of our future products.
You will be located in the Business Planning and Systems team. This position will allow you to have an insight in the supply chain of automotive business, purchasing systems, corporate social responsibility (CSR) topics, purchasing training management and will enable you to get a deep understanding of how a leading multinational operates and interacts with numerous internal and external parties.
Responsibilities:
As Business Planning and Systems team, we lead the change in TME Purchasing through Digitalization and ensure Sustainability in our supply chain. Within this purpose, your main task will be not only running / coordinating certain processes but more importantly re-engineering and digitalizing them. In more detail;
* You re-engineer and digitalize the training process (e-learnings, on stream, electronic quizzes, feedback surveys …)
* You coordinate the training process, measure the status, report the results and continuously improve
* You digitalize CSR - Conflict Mineral survey, run the process
* You manage tool inventory process and be the co-owner of eTooling application
* You work closely with all the buyers and the engineers in TME Purchasing
* You continuously look for new tools, softwares, kaizen ideas to improve & innovate
Profile
For TME Graduate positions we are targeting recent University Graduates (less than 18 months of experience excluding internships).
* University degree
* Highly developed analytical skills, accuracy and reliability
* Project Management skills
* Very good knowledge of MS Office tools and familiarity with systems/applications in general
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Business understanding and affinity with automotive products is an asset
* Fluent in English
