(sr.) Engineer Engine Calibration M/F Job Description

• Calibration of future Gasoline Engines with respect to Euro 6c emission and CO2 limits on engine dyno and on vehicles
• Definition & development of software functions
• Driveability optimization
• Combustion analysis
• Project planning (including budget, resources and time planning) in cooperation with other relevant departments
• Documentation and presentation of project results
• Close co-work with R&D centre in Namyang

(sr.) Engineer Engine Calibration M/F Job Requirements

• Minimum three to five years experience within the field of engine calibration
• Hands-on experience in calibration of turbo directinjection gasoline on the test bench and in vehicle
• Experience with calibration of Bosch / Conti engine control units and related function sheets, as well as function development
• Good skills in modern engine test software such as INCA and Concerto and engine dyno operation tools (AVL Puma / Cameo)
• Experience of Aftertreatment systems for Gasoline engines
• Experience in Hybrid Powertrain function development is a plus
• Ideally skilled in Matlab / Simulink sw
• Project planning skills and ability to coordinate external partners
• Good command of English and cross cultural competencies
• Assertiveness and creativity
